I'm very disappointed in this hotel. This used to be one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It seems like nothing has changed in the last 15 years, particularly with regards to the upkeep. The elevator is an accident waiting to happen. The room we stayed in's tiles was chipped, and the wood lamination of the bed's head board, chipped off. There is no information booklet in the rooms which comes standard in most hotels. Building maintenance should be done in the low season, not in peak season. They advertised a bar on the pool deck, and when asked where it is, the staff simply said it is closed but we could not see a bar on the pool deck floor. Had I known beforehand building maintenance was underway, I would have booked elsewhere." It was definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there.

It was a self service hotel. Expected atleast some one to transfer the luggages to the room. Also, no scope for even little extension of timing to check out.

Spacious room, very clean, everything worked. Hot shower, comfortable king size bed, clean sheets & towels.

Noisey at night, but still managed to get some sleep.

Need the hotel to have better bathrooms to make sure water doesn’t run out of the bathtub on the floor and also the first hotel to not have any hand towels. When asked was told they don’t give hand towels.
