Hotel La Bastie D Urfe

The location.

We were bikepacking from Belgium all the way to a small village near Auch. When we arrived after a long day on the bike, we weren’t even greeted with a ‘bonjour’ or asked how our day went. We asked nicely where we could park our bikes and the only words that we received were: ‘over there’. We took our bags of our bikes and turned around, but the guy receiving us, already dissapeared. When entering we thought was the enterance, we were shortly brieved what time we could eat. What followed was a moisty uncleaned room with no ventilation. The food was quite expensive for the quality we received. The morning after we wanted to have an early breakfast, but we could only have our breakfast at 8.30am. When arriving at 8.35, doors were still closed… As this wasn’t our best spot to stay in the 9-day trip we had, we wanted to leave asap. This was also without any hospitality you would expect from any hotel… we were putting our bags back on the bike and the guy from the hotel came to check if we didn’t leave without paying… the only thing he asked was: ‘All good’. Not even asking what the next stop would be… When all our bags were packed and ready to leave, we went back inside to pay. The lady presented the terminal to pay and didn’t bother either about us. She didn’t said a word, not even saying goodbye and just answered her phone. This is something we wouldn’t recommend at all.

very quite place and well located

the receptionists were super rude with us, it looks they really don’t know how to treat their host and the customer service is really poor. The restaurant is not open during the day, only breakfast and at night. Breakfast was ok.

J’ai regretté d’arriver à 20h car j’aurais bien aimé profiter des extérieurs voir même d’être en vacances car la piscine est magnifiquement agencée

Hôtel calme, en pleine campagne. Restaurant sur place, choix restreint mais cuisine de qualité. Chambres propres et salle de bain au top (douche balnéo...).

Bel endroit calme. Chambre confortable, suffisamment grande et bien équipée. Belle piscine entourée de lieux de repos bien aménagés. Je recommande.

Cadre superbe au calme en pleine campagne, avec une grande piscine. Véranda terrasse très agréable. Acceuil un peu bougon mais professionnel. Proche du site magnifique de Peyrusse Roc, accessible en vélo (par le bas)

Nous sommes restés 6 jours dans cet endroit reposant et confortable , la piscine est superbe . Nous reviendrons .

Très bonne adresse, accueil sympathique. Hotel au calme, chambre agréable. Repas de bonne qualité et fait maison.
