The phone inside the room wasn’t working, everytime I wanted something from the reception or the room service I had to go all the way down The pillows and bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them The bathroom was leaking water into the room floor I asked for the AC remote, they said that they take all the remotes in winter and they don’t know where they were taken, I mean why is there even an AC in my room if I’m not allowed to turn it on?!

Hotel ist sehr alt und Renovierung bedürftig, das lärm von lokalen ist unerträglich, mann kann sich nicht einspannen, kaum geschlafen bis 3uhr früh...Ich denke für die ältere Personen nicht zu empfehlen.Ich war sicher das letztes mal in diesem Haus.Es funktioniert kaum was in Zimmer, Bad,die Toilette kaputt, Wasser aus dem Dusch fließt kaum...tv....Nur arabisch...Die Gäste unter jeder Kritik und ohne Niveau ( Egypter,laud und unfreundlich) Ja,leider ich bin sehr enttäuscht....Das einzige Plus Punkt gebe ich dem Personal die sehr sehr freundlich sind.Ich wurde leider dieses Haus niemanden empfehlen. The bathroom door is made of glass and there are big gabs above & under the door which reduces the privacy very much The flat screen doesn't have a USB port so you can't play a movie from a flash drive
