The location and the stuff was great specaily Duha and Mariem at the reception.

I didn't like the toilet , it need more space for shower room cabinet

The receptionist Doha was amazing as usual, she was extremely helpful, polite and professional.

The Door man, an old guy is acting really strange, kept checking every 30 mins on who is sitting upstairs in the terrace, openeing the light on them suddenly like he is busting them doing something wrong! And asking everyone going into the hotel at night if he is a visitor in a very strange way. Honestly, he made us all uncomfortable during our stay. He should get other instructions than to do this! They have cameras installed upstairs so he doesn’t need to go up to check, and he they should have a system to know if the person going in is an intruder or a guest like all hotels in the universe. Also, the breakfast used to be really nice, now it’s complete ly bad, i have been to this hotel 3 or 4 times, each time it gets worse, bad quality and lower quanities. Last time we got un eadable food, they even don’t give you options on water, juice, coffee. Only tea and nescafe. I already gave them the feedback for this last time but it looks like the owner just want cost reduction with high prices on rooms. When we arrived also last time, the toilette wash was not working! And sometimes the hot water doesn’t work. The electric outlet (plug) in the terrace doesn’t work so you don’t even get the chance to work on your laptop or chargr your phone. Honestly, if the owner doesn’t change his methods, he will lose the business.

Location, view, are perfect Staff, Mariam, Doha, Ali and Ahmed were very helpful.
