The staff is very helpful and kind The cleaning is amazing There's a mini fridge in the room with water as a gift The linen, the towels, everything smell wonderfully Location is quite central to move around the historical area

The lift doesn't work properly all the time and (as happened to me) I got stuck inside

the rooms where really clean and the staff friendly

the rooms at the street are very noisy

The location was superb, staff are friendly

The rooms are very small, you can barely walk between beds, mattresses are very dirty and breakfast was basic with some items not topped up like bread and butter.

I can't fault it, everything went smoothly, old traditional style and it's apparent that the staff have been in tourism industry for a bit. Amazing breakfast. Great location Powerful shower

If anything maybe the mattress is on the firm side!
