Atrium Zenon Hotel Apartments

The facility looks to be a little bot old, but all was fine. I found it very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast was great. I was denied access to the pool because of a private party, but after all, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pool. I thought using the pool was part of the deal.

We are very disappointed with the hotel. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the pictures on the website or the information we received about the room. It is dirty and disgusting in the room. Dust all over, white disgusting stains on, among other things, the armchairs and it looks like there is mold in the bathroom. The floor looks ruined and dirty and the balcony is not fresh. In addition, Wi-Fi does not work even though we enter the correct password and when you flush in the toilet seat it flushes down and comes up straight away. Very expensive price to get air conditioning, as this is always included in other hotels, and that according to what we understand, air conditioning should be included in the price. We do not understand how you can sell hotel rooms/apartments like this, this is unacceptable! Also we had to wait 2 hours before we got the room even tho it said in the information that check in opens earlier.

Didn’t sleep throughout the holiday, beds were awful, springs sticking out, mattress hasn’t been replaced since they opened in 1987. Booked a 2 bed apartment (3 people) and was only given one key, asked for a second and had to give a €50 deposit. Spare key didn’t come with electricity fob so was pretty useless. Photos on website deceiving for example looks like they have pool tables etc but when we asked where they were we were told they haven’t had any in the 5 years that the receptionist had been working here. Toilet seat was absolutely disgusted, if they spent €20 euros they could have easily replaced it. On a plus side, cleaners done a very good job despite the dated interior and pool area quiet and clean. Shower pressure was good.

Outdated hotel at great location for a fair price. Slow WiFi, mismatched decor. Rooftop pool was awesome.

Close to the beach and a pool

Great location. A few minutes away from the beach & central bus stop to get around to other cities or to the airport. I stayed at another hotel that was a 4 star, and the quality difference between hotels was noticeable. The staff here were all friendly & helpful, but the rooms are pretty outdated and wasn't fully cleaned.

The property is in city centre so very close to shops and restaurants and walkable distance to beach. Spacious rooms and parking available. It is a old and very basic property so not happy with the price we paid for it. Getting into parking was also an issue which the management needs to sort out.

Very nice and clean rooms. Good food, great service and a magical view from the pool. A nice hotel for people that travel alone, couples and with/without children, as I have tried it all. Julie, Norway

Absolutely horrendous hotel We were sent here from easyJet after our flight cancelled Rooms rotten mouldy and inhabitable Stale smell bedsheets yellow Needless to say we left the hotel and slept at airport I guessing hotel pictures are rooms that been done up ours had years of other people sweat on them

it was amazing holiday , friendly staff in reception area.very nice pool on the roof , the very bad issue was that no wifi in the rooms for more than one device.
