Atrium Zenon Hotel Apartments

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The gentleman who works at night is very polite and friendly but access to WiFi is done through some archaiac service requiring multiple logins and visits to the reception desk. The rooms are clean but spartan, there is little design aesthetic to speak of. There is is little of anything to speak of. The beds have hard springs that dig into your back, and the sheets and towels feel as if their made of sandpaper. I wouldn’t be so harsh if this was advertised as a 2 star, but it’s not.However, it’s not priced like a 4 star, so I probably should’ve known better. The deceptive pictures of the lobby do not correspond to the rooms. The breakfast is adequate, but when we asked to use WiFi in the breakfast area, we were told if they offered WiFi in there people would stay in the breakfast area all day and they close at 10am. If you don’t speak Greek at least staff speaks English. One final note, use your towels sparingly. If you happen to need an extra towel. You will have to wait until 7:30am the next day because there are apparently no towels until housekeeping comes in. On a positive note, they are SUPER close to the beach.

Hotel Atrium is close to Larnaca attractions, the beach and the shopping street. The pool area is very relaxing and safe if you are travelling with your kids. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I will certainly go back to Atrium Zenon Hotel.

Located ideally close to shopping area and beach rooms could maybe do with little update but was happy overall and rooftop swimming pool was great for cool down.

Beds are incredible uncomfortable and the wifi doesn't work. The manager of the hotel has not interest in helping out or making any efforts.

I would call this place a 2 star hotel particularly the room we were give, short single beds . Kitchenette looked like it was 30 years old. Best thing about the place was the location.

Location of the hotel was great, literally across the street from the beach. Only issue I had was with the free Wifi that only worked in the hotel lobby.

Great location, two blocks back from the promenade. Friendly and very helpful staff. The place is dated and a daub of paint would make a difference.

Everything was wonderfull. The location is very near to Palexpo and airport by bus, the reception is very helpful, the hotel is clean. The wifi is very bad the air condition is ver bad too. Airport shuttle is working only to 10am and not till 12.

All one needs to be happy: a rooftop pool, a spacious room with a kitchenette, and a balcony with a bit of sea view. Add to that kind staff and sunshine :) Downsides: the wifi could be better, the hotel is not brand new, the street side is noisy. To us: no important obstacles to being happy.

Overall OK hotel. Not the newest but in good condition and clean. Service was mixed with restaurant and cleaners very nice but the reception and pool bar personnel less so. Some irritating details is that we got only one wifi-login even though we were 5 people in the booking. Also, the information in hotels.com about cost for late checkout wasn't adhered to.
