"Need improve for the hotel"

The hotel is still under renovation. Below is few comment. 1) Worst is shower no hot water. Found water leaking to the electric water heater and the electrical cable at the facility room. Not sure this water leaking will cause electric shock problems to our guests. 2) No spa and no massage service in the hotel. 3) Advertise photo hotel is different from the actual hotel. Please don't advertise the hotel if the hotel is not ready condition.

"Stay Away"

The pictures are fake! Stay away from this place. No spa, no restaurant, no lobby, no reception, no pool. Only kids pools are available. Nobody speaks English. They have a bar with a very loud music opening late night and till morning. It's not possible to sleep till 4am even in the 2nd building which is pretty far from this bar.

"Excellent"

The room was nice and cosy with a nice view on the swimming pool. We didn't that we haven't been informed in advance that spa is under construction and is currently not working. Apart from that the rest was good.

"Pleasant"

Perfect located in the center of the island, next to many services but a few Km far from any beach. Clean, good and friendly staff, big and clean room. In Dec. 2022 the resort in still under huge renovation and therefore all the additional services were not available (restaurant, SPA, reception hall and so on) nevertheless, very good value for money since the rooms are given to around 1000 THB per night only. Standard price for this type of hotel in the high season should be not less than 3000THB per night.

"The best hotel in Phuket"

This is the best hotel in Phuket we have been. Modern, well equipped and nice staff.

Location is not great as little bit far from centre, otherwise all good.

"If you find adequate workers, then the hotel will be good."

The location is good if you come on business to Phuket.

The hotel staff do not understand English at all. Simple requests are difficult to fulfill. The cleaners enter the room without knocking. All employees need to take service courses and gain basic knowledge of working in a hotel.
