the worst hotel I've lodged in ever

I stayed in ibis hotel from 22nd March to 5th April (Accord Book Ref: NCXDLFRT, Expedia Ref: 72789191680893, 72789196178076), water linking on the corridors, there is no tower given to me for days even though repeated ask, unclean room, dirty toilet, dirty room, dirty walls, celling linking water in the corridors, most of the time, the lift swipe activation card don't work. Rooms are not clean properly. Broken doors all over the corridor. The experience made me frustrated, the staff don't care when you complain to them. The shower was very dirty and when you complain, nothing is done. I have to scrub the shower myself, clean the bathroom myself sometime.

It's a good property.

I had a nice time with good a experience at Ibis Airport hotel, I love the attension I got from the receptionist and the nice vegetable soup I had is something to write home about. The room is well kept i love it. Keep the good work and the standard going please.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The door to my room kept acting up. It wouldn t close from outside. So i had to call the desk everytime i went out and came back to the room. That was very inconvenient. But the staff were very kice and prompt to respond

The phone in my room wasn't working. No means of communicating to the kitchen, receptionist and others. No tea, tea cup and jug as expected. You kitchen staff was so rude and nasty. This was my worst experience ever and it is highly regrettable.

Joy at the front desk was great, she’s joyful and helpful. I arrived and met with an unpleasant experience, but was eventually resolved and helped by Joy every step of the way. Driver Kenny was also courteous and helpful. Value for this hotel is great! It was recommended by a friend, and the great services the staff provide did not disappoint. I would stay here again when I revisit Lagos.

Clean, staff are courteous and competitive price for the stay. I will recommend them anyday. Breakfast is included in lodging. Swimming pool is available and there is outdoor sitting where you can dine. Not far from international airport and complimentary drop off to airport provided.
