1 minute après avoir fait la réservation, nous avons constaté qu’on venait de réserver en Pennsylvanie au lieu d’Ontario. Vous n’avez pas accepté qu’on fasse le changement alors que vous n’auriez perdu aucun montant. Nous n’aurons donc rien de positif à dire concernant la politique intransigeante d’Expédia. Et surtout le fait de ne pas pouvoir parler à un humain.

Very nice facility. As a matter of fact, it’s necessary for us to visit the area a few more times within the next 12 months. We will be staying here.

The shower was WAY to hot, got charged twice for the same stay, electrical outlets didnt work. The expectations I had for the price I paid was very discouraging. The price is 5 star price but the hotel itself is 2.5. It felt like i would have been better off paying the same price for the motel down the road because it gave the same vibes, was just not up to my expectations whatsoever.

Beautiful hotel...super clean i a nice location. Highly recommend!
