"Excellent"

It met the basic need of needing a place for the night. Bed was comfortable and big.

The room wasn't bad but did have and holes in the wall in the bathroom and closet area.

"It was the best night's sleep I've had in a motel in a long time."

Unfortunately, I chose to skip the breakfast as I wanted to get an early start on the rest of the trip home [Cotopaxi, CO]. I was so pleased with the room. The bed was comfortable and I loved the soap and lotion provided in the wall dispensers in the bathroom. It was quiet. People should consider driving past all those motels right off the interstate and look for the motels off the main drag. Should I ever need a room in Colby again, I'll definitely check in with Ria.

"Disgusting, repulsing"

This place was an absolute dump! Honestly in the walls mold in bathroom unclean un kept. Animal hair all over bed the room was hot no access to air. When I told reception they offered another room that was exactly the same way. I went back and asked for my mo ey back and receipt and he refused to give it to me. This was the absolute worst.place I have ever been to

"Nice people trying with a facility that is crumbling."

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. They tried to make things clean. Sheets were clean, bathroom had clearly been cleaned as well as possible.

It's just in disrepair: paint peeling, plaster crumbling, toilet not seated properly, smoke detector missing, things like that. The breakfast was poorly stocked, with nowhere to sit.

"Disgusting."

Nothing.

They gave us a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned since the last person was staying there. Beds weren't made, trash was full, dirty towels all over. All kinds of filth on the walls. They had no other rooms. The staff refused to refund me for the room. Told me I had to go through booking com. I did and they did not respond to booking.com. I did not stay there.

The location.

Found a frog in the room (gross). Peelings of paint in the tub area. Not very clean, especially in the bathroom. In desperate need of remodel in some areas of the room.
