Has a neat environment and staffs were good

I was made to understand that the internet was free from the onset but at the end after my stay was made to $138.60 thereby making me pay for what I did not budget. Also paid another $454.61 that the payment I made through booking.com did not reflect all and this I have not gotten a response either from the hotel or booking.com to let me know what really happened.
