The price and location.

The maintenance was lacking. In looking around I saw so many things that I could do to improve the property. But for the price and location I'm not going to complain.

Very little. It was just a place to sleep.

Offer coffee. The shower was discussing. The bathroom was soooo tiny. I had to sit on the toilet sideways.
