Jumping Frog Motel

Took a long time for the room to cool down because the window air conditioner is in a closet. Ants in the bathroom. The lady who checked us in was very nice.

Pleasantly surprised for the price

Small room big bed no comfortable chairs to sit in not enough outlets.

Charged extra for pet. I hate hotel that ands on extra charge for pets after you get there

This is a small, quiet, rustic motel reminiscent of the places we stayed at in Clear Lake and Twain Hart as a kid. Not posh and fancy. Comfortable and homey Joyce, the onsite manager, is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Photo of the property a little misleading. While the staff were very nice, etc, the buildings need some updating--looks a little rundown in person. The access to WiFi was not reliable. Air conditioning was excellent in my room, and the room was clean.

Room smelled like pee so bad I almost slept in the car. Gross place. Falling apart. Would not recommend. Will never be back. Spend more and go elsewhere.
