Awkward stairways getting to ground floor rooms

My husband has a serious heart problem The amount of stairs to get to the room,was not good
AUFriendly and efficient staff. Good size and clean rooms. Easy to locate and park.
Very firm beds and pillows but overall good value for money. Need to use transportation to get into city and during peak this took over 30 minutes. Much quicker however non peak and easy to navigate.
