"Passable stay with room for improvement"

Location

While the overall experience was passable, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience. The room's furniture and bathroom appeared quite worn, which impacted the overall comfort and aesthetic. The decor felt outdated, giving the space a less inviting atmosphere. In hindsight, I wish I had paid closer attention to Google reviews rather than relying solely on the booking app’s reviews, as they might have provided a more accurate picture. That said, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. With some updates to the furnishings and decor, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable stay.

Location was good and some of the staff members were friendly and helpful, they gave me a small gift "souvenir" when they knew i had a problem with my stay.

Overall I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially room# 601. The environment was very noisy that i couldn't be able to have a nap or sleep well at night due to the constant sound of generators and car horns, which made it difficult to relax. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was below expectations, the toilet's door of the horrible room number 601 was broken and the breakfast offered was quite poor with little to no variety and even the forks, knives and spoons were not clean enough !! I found a cockroach in the toilet.
