Cottage Bacvice

non si tratta di cottage ma di 2 camere ricavare dal garage, pareti in carton gesso, porte finestre su cortiletto di entrata.di positivo c'è l'aria condizionata sempre, il cucinino elettrico serve solo per la colazione ( lunghissimi tempi per riscaldare anche solo l'acqua). la pulizia è ottima all'arrivo poi il cambio di asciugamani e basta è arrivato il giorno prima della ns partenza, dopo 3 giorni. abituati alla solerzia e cortesia dell'Istria e della costa a nord abbiamo deciso che il prezzo di 45 euro a notte è troppo per il trattamento. di ottimo a la posizione sopratutto se, come noi non si ha la macchina.Vicino alla spiaggia, relativamente vicino al centro ed al porto il quartiere è tenuto molto bene e ben frequentato. ps letti assurdi!!!

Had everything we could need - comfortable bed, en-suite and kitchenette. All very clean, just 10 minutes walk from town, the port and the beach so ideal location for tourists.

Bon appartement, bien situé et le propriétaire est sympatique, mais gros hic, on a retrouvé des fourmis (beaucoup) dans la salle de bain. Le propriétaire avait l'air vraiment désolé donc peut être as-t-il réagit après ... Il nous a proposé de changer d'appartement immédiatement.

Avec un emplacement pour la voiture et a quelques minutes à pied de la plage ! Que demander de plus. Nous avons été acceuilli par une personne très gentil qui nous a tout de suite fait un plan des choses à ne pas manquer sur Split ! La chambre est petite mais bien aménagée.

It was a fair room. Location wasn't bad (10-12 min walk to Palace), but the bathroom won't be what many are accustomed to. The hot water is very limited. Must wait to reheat for second person to shower afterwards and don't expect to take a long shower. The small square shower requires you to hold the shower head, and curtain doesn't do much to prevent water from soaking the bathroom floor. The man who met us to take us to the room was very nice and prompt, meeting us a distance away from the room and then accompanying us (in our car) to the location. That was excellent.

While only a short walk to one of the main beaches, the old town was about 15 minutes walk. The accommodation itself was quite basic and dated but if all you want is a base to put your head down at night then this would do for the money you pay, and that's all we used it for.

We were amazed at what we got for the price - the room is air conditioned, with two comfy beds and an ensuite bathroom. There is a small private outside area with seats. It is a couple of minutes from the Rivea and close to everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Great location - relatively quiet neighbourhood, comfortable walk to old town, beach, market and supermarkets. Room was small but neat and clean. No kitchenette as promised. Faulty bathroom light was problematic and owner failed to fix it, even with a day's notice. Insistence on being paid in cash very inconvenient.
