Wentworth Hotel

Such a lovely place to stay. The location is amazing. The hotel has so much charm and is tastefully decorated. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast had a good selection and plentiful.

The only thing I wasn't sure about was the car park. Although there was plenty of room for our car I did wonder if there would have been if we had gone in high season. Also there is no lift so we had two flights of stairs to negotiate with a heavy bag but to be fair they did offer to take our bag up to the room.

Lovely traditional hotel. Very comfortable bedrooms and relaxing lounges. Real cosy fires in the winter. Great food from an excellent menu served by friendly staff. Highly recommended

Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a sea-view with balcony, which was a bonus. The bed was really comfortable. The room was clean and shower superb. The hotel has a welcoming and warm atmosphere.

Could have had a warmer welcome from the member of staff at reception. Perhaps a busy morning?

What an amazing hotel. Took my partner for his birthday and it was a perfect weekend. Great room with a sea view and a large shower. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I hadn’t booked dinner on the first night as wasn’t sure when we would arrive. One of the reception team called early evening asking if we would like a reservation for dinner - what a lovely thing to do. We mentioned about having a table for breakfast looking at the sea but they were taken but on our last morning the kind gentleman in the restaurant organised one for us. The little things mean so much. Beautifully decorated from Christmas. Great open fire in the lounge. Can’t wait to go back

We have enjoyed many stays with at The Wentworth and have always had a wonderful time. The Hotel is a unique gem. Thank you.
