"Give refunds when things aren’t working, we would have stayed somewhere else."

It was clean and good water pressure in the shower.

The key card program was not working. The staff had to let us into our room or anywhere we needed to go every time we went anywhere. We never received a key. The hot tub timer and jets were broken.
