I got sick and had to cancel on of our nights and the staff was helpful and understanding. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Like the free USA Today daily paper. Even on the third floor, the shower water pressure was good. Had trouble with the bedside lamp and wall outlets when trying to charge computer and phone. When I reported the lamp/outlet issue during check-out, Management said it'd replace lamp.

Very attentive staff, breakfast was great and delicious! We stayed here and did not mind driving 30 mins to explore Hot Springs. Big bonus they are dog friendly!! Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and staff was very friendly. Our room had a strange smell (musky) and bathroom door would catch on the tile floor so hard to close. But otherwise would stay there again!

"STANDING WATER IN TUB"

slowEST checkin process of any IHG hotel ive stayed at. I was given 2 consecutive rooms, and the water didnt drain from 1990’s BATHTUB (not shower) in either. ONLY STAY IF YOU LIKE ANKLE DEEP WATER MIXED WITH WHATEVER IS DOWN THE DRAIN AT YOUR HOTEL. I left immediately after fining 2nd shower drain bunk and room dirty. Went and stayed at the Hampton.
