Hairs and used soaps were left in the bathroom. Very squeaky and noisy doors. Noisy location. AC not working. Soap dispenser broken. Noisy toilet and water pumps

"Great location, good facilities, communication a bit disorganised"

The location was great and the fact that it had an elevator and a cattle in the room (however no tea or coffee provided). For light sleepers it can get very noisy from the street in front, we didn't mind it.

It says check-in 24h and I already told them the arrival time before, I didn't know there wasn't a reception. They wrote to ask for passport copies right after landing, they could have requested this earlier. A bit disorganised, but in the end everything worked out.
