入住花了太长时间，其它都很好

very convenient location decent room

Hosts were very kind but communication in english was very hard

Excellent room and location , just a little small for two people with bags otherwise great!!

The property is very clean and the staff were very nice

Location is good in terms of access to Via Etnea.. However, the property itself does not look great. The photos were deceiving. Thinking you are in a nice building which you are not. The entrance looks like a construction side.

Blocked shower drain. Smell of sewerage due to blocked drain. While having a shower, the water comes up to ankle height, forcing you to switch off water. Chipped toilet seat, weak air conditioner. Beware of mosquitoes. They provide you with mosquito coils, which I find strange. Dimly lite throughout the apartment. There is no WiFi service for two days. Curtains were see-through, and thus, no privacy
