Stayed here one night whilst waiting for a flight out the next morning. I usually stay at Green Hotel 1 whenever I am in Hakata, so I suppose my comparison is mostly based against that. The hotel was quite clean and fresh and felt new. The standard single room was a bit larger than standard rooms in Japan. The free smart-phone in the room and the coffee machine was a nice touch along with the full-sized bath. then bed was larger than usual. Only peeve I had about the room was that there was no view. The window was looking out on to a blank wall of the adjoining building. The breakfast was pretty good and had a nice mix of both Japanese and Western choices.

The hotel location is near to Hakata Station. Restuarants and shopping mall are just across the street. Room is small. Can't even place two luggages on the floor space.
