The property is simply beautiful. Like being in a tropical forest! The pool and go tub were gorgeous and amazing!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were cared for by Carmen and Marlon who made sure we were safe and fed having arrived later in the evening near the curfew time. We enjoyed our time at the property which is very beautiful and private. Excellent communications with property manager!
If you are looking for a private, quiet and clean place to stay, this is the place. I had a reservation at another big hotel in Runaway Bay and canceled once I stepped foot in Villas Sur Mer, best decision I made. The location is the best. Steps away from Rick's cafe and wonderful local restaurantsn and beautiful sandy beaches. Customer services absolutely the best, I will definitely be back.
It was quiet. Located near restaurants, transportation and safe. Carmen and her staff are wonderful.
Villa sur Mer was everything!!!!! From check in to check out! The property doesn’t have a restaurant but that ok, because there are so many nearby ones to choose from. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. She was there at checkin and made sure she saw us off when we were leaving. The team overall was kind and friendly. I want to give a big shout out to Demar he made sure he checked on us everyday. The room we stayed in was a one bedroom. The kitchenette had everything, the bed was super clean. The sheets were clean, white and soft! Cannot believe how comfortable the bed was. The grounds was clean and the pool area is to die for, I got some amazing pics there. Thank you villa sur Mer team for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back. “Mo & Sophi”
The property is fully landscaped with much greenery, including the pool which is designed to look like a natural watering hole. Staying on property is like the jungle is brought in to you. The staff us super attentive and friendly, and everytime we left or came back the security was always there for the gate. Not once did I have to go looking for them. The immense decking is perfect for lounging by the pool in shade or sun. The hot tub was also a super nice amenity. My only suggestions would be to have the outdoor bar staffed and up and operational with music and setting the festive vibes a bit more. The out door paths and decking would also use a refinish to take care of the wear from mother nature. I will def be staying again and highly recommend this property.
Beautiful quiet and lovely stay. Carmen was amazing and helped confirm our transport/grab dinner during lockdown and was simply a wonderful person.
Villas surmer was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in negril. The customer service is nice, the compound is small so not too much walking around thank god. Carmen who is assume is the manager, is so accommodating the employees really do check that you’re okay. It is lovely ! I highly recommend
