La catégorie de chambre réservée sur le site nous a valu une chambre en L au RDC sur le côté donnant sur une coursive dont un mur était équipé d'une batterie de moteurs de climatiseurs (N°2). Suite à une panne de courant sur le réseau général, cette chambre n'étant pas reliée au système de dépannage de l'hotel fonctionnant sur groupe éléctrogène, nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement pour la deuxième nuit nous valant une chambre au 1er étage sans commune mesure avec la 1ère. Conclusion, si vous commandez exigez une chambre au 1er étage (Nos 3 à 7) afin d'avoir une bonne prestation. Petit déjeuner copieux et très satisfaisant. Pour le reste accueil attentif et n'hésitez pas à tester le restaurant : cuisine de qualité avec une carte originale et variée.

Great older property, well maintained and updated. Well managed by a dynamic French chef. Relaxing, not crowded. Nice pool. Limited but quality breakfast consisting of croissants and other "breads" (could be improved with some protein - eggs, etc). Ample free parking. Good classic service. If you like the older style and feel of a classic small hotel establishment and a quality French classic dinner right in the property restaurant, than go for it! Definitely deserves the 3 stars classification. Recommend

Bra restaurang som är öppen alla dagar utom tisdagar. Då blir hotellet ödsligt och man fåt inte vara mörkrädd.

Unique historical building, but basically unmanned unless for breakfast. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - but best serving during our stay at Guadeloupe. You will need a car.

Très joli hôtel près de Ste Rose. Cadre très agréable, et le restaurant propose une cuisine inventive et raffinée. Une très bonne table, vraiment.

Beau site. Très bon accueil. Bon niveau de qualité mais à ce prix là, nous n’en attendions pas moins.

The owners are very friendly and serve excellent food, and give good suggestions where to see in the area. Our rooms was very attractive and had an outside sitting area that also had the bathroom and shower area. Nice ceiling fans both in the room and in the outside area.

We stayed in the two bedroom and two bath villa. We like the privacy of having our own sitting area with refrigerator and stove if we chose to use it. The rooms were clean and each had a private bathroom. It also had a dip pool, but we did not use it as the water was a bit cold. Our stay was in late April, at the end of the season, so the restaurant was closed. However the staff prepared a cold plate for us for late arrival the first night and let it in the refrigerator. Each morning we were able to have a continental breakfast with fruit, rolls, and yogurt and found the portions were generous. If the restaurant had been open we would have eaten there at least a couple of times during our stay as the menu and setting were very pleasing. I would highly recommend the villa for two couples or small family.

Nous avons passé 8 nuits sur place. En fait, il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, mais plutôt d'une très jolie et très confortable maison d'hôtes avec tout le confort et même une très belle piscine. L'hôtel est fermé 2 jours par semaine et on ne peut pas avoir de consommations au bar ou de petite restauration. Le calme et la tranquillité sont assurés. Il faut absolument une voiture, car il n'y a absolument rien dans un rayon de 2 km. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, bien que sans variété. C'est toujours le même du début à la fin du séjour. Ceci dit, nous cherchions un endroit calme, nous l'avons trouvé.

We loved the hotel but it was difficult to locate coming from the airport. Good detailed directions are needed but once we found the hotel we were greeted, shown to our room and given a recommendation of a restaurant close by. The continental breakfast was excellent. Warm pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit and 5 different fruit juices were "Served" on the patio. The evening meals were also excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. We highly recommend a car to get around
