the beds and pillows not very comfortable. Booked a room with balcony as my husband is a smoker. Wasn't aware until we got there that the whole complex is smoke free. This info is not easily found. I had to go into website and find info in Complex apendium. If we had known this, we would not have booked.

Location with sea view 👍 parking spot. Lifts always seemed to be there, excellent. Quiet. Swimming pool and right temperature. Comfy beds. Clean. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Shower pressure was good. Complimentary toiletries was good 👍

Apartment a little tired. Main ensuite missing a blind or shutters so you had to look directly at the toilet from the bedroom. Shower over bath, but Stegbar shower door needs new runners to shut smoothly. Tv's in bedrooms could be bigger. Big tv in lounge tuned to Foxtel not very user friendly.

Cleaning staff need to check that previous guests have washed up properly. Would have appreciated more toilet paper and soap. Forget the fancy body wash that’s only enough for one person anyway - a small soap per guest would be more practical.

Location was wonderful. Staff were absolutely wonderful.

Double bed was most uncomfortable. Iron didn’t work.

Smelly bathroom, bed configuration was not as requested

Close to the beach and restaurants.

Street noise, rubbish chute right beside our room was very noisy. Had to pay for extra loo paper, sugar etc. No where comfortable to sit of an evening, couch was awful. We paid the same money in Brisbane for an exceptional downtown room with 24/7 service desk and free extras if you needed them.

Hotel receptionist was excellent and helpful on arrival and went the extra mile to find me an iron, which was missing from the room I was allocated. General facilities were good, from what I could see, although I didn't get to use them due to attending a Convention for the 3 days. The resort is situated in a convenient place to where I needed to be that weekend.

I was disappointed at being allocated a level 2 room right on the front of tower 1, right over a busy walkway. It wasn't evident until nighttime, when the reception was closed, just how much noise and light is generated from this walkway. I hardly got any sleep all weekend, and ended up sleep deprived, because of the constant noise and the spotlights lighting up the walkway, and consequently my room, like a Christmas tree constantly. Where other reviews complimented apartment owners on their renovations, the owners of my allocated studio apartment are still stuck in the 90's with no updates to the bathroom and superficial updates to the kitchen. The bathroom tiles were dangerously slippery (so older guests beware). The shower is an old hob style with basic showerhead and very bad water pressure, so I didn't even bother trying to wash my hair. A better level of hygiene cleaning would have been appreciated. The toilet roll holder was filled with a cesspool of disgusting toilet water from previous guests. I was also under the impression that there would be facility to at least boil an egg for breakfast, but there is no cooking facility. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle and fry pan. No dishwasher, so I'm not sure why there was dishwasher soap left to clean the dishes. I actually washed the dishes and cutlery I needed to use before use because they didn't look properly hygienic. But the worst and most problematic thing during my stay was feeling unsafe. The 3 glass sliding doors to the narrow balcony were flimsy single hook style. No real security and easy to break into, given the climbing aids on the ground floor below. It wasn't until the day I checked out that I realised that one of the doors was actually jammed and not properly locked. So, when I tested and checked the doors the first night, it seemed to be locked, but it wasn't.
