Really Disappointed the studio one room is above a main rental or perm rental . was woken to screaming from main rental aggressive partner throwing out girlfriend . some how the 2 apartments must be linked as stairwell light was turned on in our apartment . continued to argue to about 1.30 -2 in the morning . woken again by police at 7am at door for welfare check . Will not be not be stay here again to linked to the main rental just a sliding door of shared foyer . feel like i should be compensated

The bed and couch were very comfortable. The pool was nice and warm and very well maintained. Kitchen had most things you'd need.

There were a couple of things which spoiled our stay. We had an incident when we arrived turning the vehicle around and striking the fence. The person who approached us was not that great given that we were quite upset and we felt there should be more warning about the lack of space before entering. There were a few kitchen items missing but reception was rarely open for us to give feedback about this. When I did approach reception to ask for another roll of toilet paper I was told there was only a starter pack (not sure where this was explained). Seems penny pinching to only provide 1 spare roll for nearly a week. The TV was not working for free to air. There was no advance notice of this and the person at reception eventually remembered that the antenna needed fixing. No apology or compensation. The notes on the property mentioned a "trip desk". The person on reception did not seem able to provide such a service.

We always love staying here. Is our place of choice. So central to everything so we can leave the car at home.
