A quality hotel fully deserving of a high rating.. Everything about the hotel and the room was very good indeed. Overall it was good value for Switzerland.

The evening receptionist was really excellent in every way. The morning check out was a bit annoying when the desk clerk began to serve a guest who arrived at the desk after I did. This is not good and he seemed annoyed when I insisted on being served first.

Superb breakfast and breakfasr room. Staff really helpful when my phone charger failed

Whilst the hotel was superb in the main block our room was in an annexe - modern but very tiny with no lift and no view. Fine for a short overnight stay but no room for two [people to move about or swing a cat.
