Heel correct hotel op goede lokatie. Personeel en maaltijden zijn top👍. Hotel mag stilaan gemoderniseerd worden zoals het volledige eiland eigenlijk. Omgeving lijkt in de jaren 70 te zijn neergepoot en nadien niets meer geïnvesteerd.

Alles sehr abgegriffen und in die Jahre gekommen. Versprüht die Atmosphäre der 80er.. Essen ok, aber kein kulinarisches Highlight. Alles in allem Mittelklasse.

Location, food and the staff are all amazing

Entertainment is dire. We have been visiting this Hotel for over 10 years and whilst all other aspects of the Hotel have been consistently good,over the past couple of years, we have noticed the Hotel now caters for a more “mature” clientele. In addition, air con was very noisy and did not work but took 4 days to fix

Segunda estancia en este hotel, y al igual que en la primera, todo perfecto. A destacar, la amabilidad del personal que te hace sentir muy a gusto en todo momento, el servicio de buffet, sobre todo el de cena y desayuno y la localización a cinco minutos andando de la Playa del Inglés. No tengo nada negativo que decir sobre él, por poner alguna pequeña pega, el hecho que si quieres hamaca junto a la piscina hay que ocuparla pronto por la mañana (si no, no hay problema en cuanto a cantidad disponible) y poco más. Un hotel que no puedo dejar de recomendar. Si lo elijes, no creo que te arrepientas.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war sehr gut und durch Themenabende abwechslungreich. Die Qualität der Cocktails war leider stark davon abhängig wer gerade hinter der Bar steht. Außerdem gibt es zwei Cocktails,einer mit und einer ohne Alkohol,die beide den Namen Seaside haben. Fand ich persönlich sehr unglücklich wenn man jedes Mal aufpassen muss ,dass das Kind den Richtigen bekommt. Die Zimmer sind okay, leider aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Schranktür war halb ausgrissen und im Bad gab es schimmelige Fugen. Im Familienzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage in dem Schlafraum und die im Eingangsbereich ist sehr laut gewesen mit mässiger Kühlleistung. Auch das man durch den Schlafraum muss um das Bad zu betreten ist nicht gut gelöst. Die provisorische Reparatur eines defekten Fenstergriffs hat ganze 5 Tage gedauert und musste mehrfach gemeldet werden. Insgesammt war es aber ein schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt.

El hotel en general obsoleto, instalaciones anticuadas. Piscina pequeña y poco espacio para tumbonas. Las actividades de animación poco animadas. Limpieza ok. Trato del personal sobre todo de la piscina excelente.
