Villa Nireas

The room was very clean and spacious and the staff was so friendly! The property was in a great location between two popular beaches and near many restaurants.

Amazing apartments with seaview and spacious, clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and large living room with dining table. Two bathrooms for 4 people. We enjoyed our stay a lot, Nick is a great host that is super reactive and has great tips for all kinds of tastes.

The small road to the property from the main road which is on a small hill is quite steep and slippery, very easy to fall when walking down even during summer without rain. Despite its great location (2mins walk to the beach area), the apartment due to this is probably not best suited for elderly people.

We loved the location of the villa - close to everything we needed and wanted throughout our vacation (beaches, market, restaurants, coffee shop, bus stop, taxi ferry); the view; the owner and their hospitality were great - Alexander met us as soon as we arrived, gave us instructions and recommendations, the villa was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided, we even received surprise gifts - cookies and greek souveniers; the villa space - the two bedrooms worked perfectly for my husband and I, and my sister; loved the spiral staircase.

There is only a single thing we didn't enjoy - the stiffness of the bed.

The owner was very flexible with our late arrival time, very responsive and wait for us in the front to give us the keys and the welcoming to the room.

Nick the host was amazing! The location, space, and everything was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Hosts greet you which is nice to make contact with them upon arriving. They are very responsive and kind hosts.

The area was a bit of a let down for me, there isn’t much close to it except for the beach/some very touristic restaurants (I was hoping for at least one good authentic Greek restaurant but sadly these cater only to tourists). Also it’s extremely expensive to taxi anywhere which made the experience much less enjoyable. You can walk to the beach which is nice, but the walk is down a mountain so need to be careful.

Bed feels like there is a plastic layer covering it, which needs some time to get used to

The apartment was 2 bedrooms, lovely and fresh and clean. A family sized with a huge kitchen and dining area. We also had a balcony upstairs off the master bedroom and lovely views. The host was very helpful and always assisted us when required. The location was in walking distance to the bus stop and to the amazing Psarou beach and supermarket and restaurants.
