Guests driving from the west, south and east can access the hotel via the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and the Potsdam-Babelsberg/Potsdam-Zentrum exit of the A115 (Avus). Guests driving from the north should take the Potsdam-Nord exit of the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and head for Marquardt/Ketzin, Potsdam-Zentrum, Park Sanssouci and Brandenburger Tor. Parking spaces are available in Charlottenstraße 125 (Subject to availability, guests can check in and then unload their luggage from parking spaces in the hotel courtyard), in Schopenhauer Straße 13 (2 short-term parking spaces are available for unloading luggage and then guests can park in the hotel courtyard or in Parkhaus Luisenplatz) or in the Parkhaus Luisenplatz. This is a public multi-story car park and the parking charges can be invoiced directly to your room. A deposit may be required at the property.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Management hat sich sehr besucherfreundlich gezeigt - vielen Dank dafür. Das Frühstück zeigte eine sehr gute Auswahl, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben sollten. Perfekte Lage!!!

Die häufig bemängelten Parkgebühren sind tatsächlich ein Punkt: Es wäre schön, wenn vorab explizit auf die 20€ pro Tag hingewiesen würde. Zu ändern ist es nicht, wenn man mitten in der Innenstadt ein Hotel betreibt.

"Schönes Hotel in Toplage"

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage wurden sogar glutenfreie Brötchen angeboten, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.

Etwas schade war, dass mein Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus lag und der Zugang über den Innenhof in einen anderen Gebäudeteil erfolgte, was ich als etwas umständlich empfand.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, im Zentrum von Potsdam.Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig.Die Betten waren super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also wir kommen wieder. Dankeschön für die kleinen Gschenke morgens an der Tür.
