The property was fabulous. Rooms were alright.

The rooms were basic. Toilet was very nice.

The setting is so beautiful; it’s surreal. The rooms and bathrooms are quite comfortable. The food was not as good what you expect in Italy, especially the breakfast. The wine was good but very expensive compared to other wineries in Tuscany. Upon arrival to the hotel there is no signage directing you toward the entrance or parking and no real welcome from the staff. You have to go find someone to start the check-in process. You also have to carry your bags over the gravel and up the stairs without assistance of any kind. A warm welcome would go a long way in making the place feel more luxurious and making guest feel more cared for. Overall the staff are very kind. This place just needs push a little harder for better food, a warmer welcome and and more soulful service to be truly excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights and had the most amazing Tuscan experience. The dinner on the lawn was spectacular with a golden hour that seemed to stretch all night. The staff could not have done anything more to make this a 10/10 magical stay for us. We truely loved our stay and will have fond memories of the stunning views, the fabulous food, the wine and wine tasting, the warm and fun hospitality. Thank you to each and everyone.

The staff, especially Bea (Beatrice), were absolutely incredible and made our stay truly memorable. They provided everything we needed promptly and with genuine kindness and care. We were treated like family and the level of service was exceptional — attentive, warm, and far beyond what we expected. The villa itself was stunning, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. We loved spending the day by the pool, where the staff graciously served us throughout the day. The wine tasting experience and the truffle hunting was outstanding, and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent — fresh, high quality, and beautifully prepared, even better than many highly rated restaurants we visited in Montepulciano. Our rooms were beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special and relaxing experience.

The check-in process felt somewhat rushed and could have been more informative. While the rest of the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, our initial check-in experience was not as welcoming as the rest of our stay.
