Location was very good

I booked a king size deluxe and ended up with a side view in a pretty drab room. There was 7 price options when I booked. I went for the 7th option expecting a full frontal view in a deluxe room. Hotel staff just said that this was ur room and nothing else can be done. Room was like a living room when we arrived. Beds were side on against the wall resembling sofas. Reception suggested we should just move it around and make it into a double bed ourselves. Mattresses on beds were no more that 2 inches. Sunbeds on beach were more comfortable. Witnessed 3 other couples at reception with the same issues that I had. All got the same responce from reception.

It's location is excellent.

Cleaning staff make a terrible racket each morning with very loud talking and dragging furniture around while cleaning and bed making. Having said that there is little or none sound insulation between floors and rooms.

Love the spotlessly clean rooms. Lovely friendly staff. Fabulous location , excellent dining in the best location, great entertainment. we return here every year as many times as possible.
