You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. A copy of your photo ID will be taken by the property's security Guests who are not willing to provide this may have their reservation cancelled without refund. Please note that this motel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Please note that limited services is only offered for stays of 3 nights or more. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. All guests will be asked to provide proof of address via a photo identification. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
