"Good Resort but overpriced for Thailand"

The resort grounds, facilities, beach, and pool are excellent, apart from a few maintenance issues. The rooms are spotlessly clean with good amenities, although lacking a retractable washing line, which a notice in the room said it had.. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The resort is quite remote, which suited us as we had a car, although there is a shuttle bus to the nearby town three days a week, perhaps more often in high season.

There was no money exchange on site, which we found bizarre for a supposed 5-star hotel. There are some maintenance issues that the management should take care of to live up to its 'luxury' status. Whilst we had a car, due to the resort's location, this may be an issue for others who require cash to use in other restaurants. There was nowhere to hang wet bathing suits. We felt the room rate and restaurant was overpriced for Thailand. There was also a 17% tax on everything.

"Great stay, highly recommend but do your research"

I loved the private beach. My favourite room addition was the balcony, nice place to tan too. And the food was great too, especially breakfast and for a decent price too. Would highly recommend to others.

The swarms of giant flying bugs were not nice and feel like that should have been mentioned upon arrival and explained what they are lol. slightly isolated and the town trips you're only given two hours.

Everything , and staff so friendly , bathtub, comfort light , bed , everything so comfortable for fully retreat . It will be my weekend return hotel . I really enjoyed everything .

Only one small discomfort , hot water is not coming from tap right away , u have to wait over 1-2 mins with tap open , within this time so much waste of water that feel sorry for .

Le lieu. Plage très agréable avec uniquement les clients de l’hôtel. La piscine L’aménagement extérieur Le petit déjeuner Le personnel au bar de la piscine ou les animateurs sportifs. Très agréable de converser avec eux.

Les chambres sont vieillissantes mais encore très confortables.
