Si bien el hotel es tranquilo y adecuado para descansar, me gustaría señalar algunas áreas de mejora: - Servicios en la habitación: Hubo falta de agua caliente de manera frecuente y los controles del televisor no funcionan correctamente. - Mobiliario y blancos: Las toallas están muy desgastadas y las camas matrimoniales resultan más pequeñas de lo habitual. - Higiene: Lamentablemente, encontramos cucarachas muertas en el área de la regadera. - Servicio al cliente: Notamos una falta de actitud de servicio por parte de Cinthia en la recepción. Espero que estas observaciones sean de utilidad para mejorar la experiencia de sus futuros huéspedes.

Estacionamiento a lado.

El control de la tv de la habitación no sirve, la habitación está sucia y en mal estado. No se puede usar el balón que tiene por que dice peligro, hay cables, las cortinas estan todas rotas, si usas el baño la llave del lavabo comienza a tronar horrible, no hay agua caliente, el elevador no sirve, la pata de la cama nisiquiera sirve.
