NOI Casa Atacama

The hotel is nice and has a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was pretty good with decent amenities. We booked late so we didn’t get a suite (we had two deluxe rooms). Our outdoor area was a very small high-walled in terrace which was too hot to use. And if we did want to use it there was only one chair. There’s no air conditioning just a noisy fan. The standard of the food was mixed. We had some excellent dishes and some that were poor. The drinks selection is limited. Almost all of the staff were incredibly friendly but few of them had English and so we found it difficult to communicate as we have no Spanish. We had one strange experience. We paid for B&B for 2 rooms for 4 nights. Some excursions leave before the breakfast buffet opens. So you can choose a breakfast box to go. It contains a very limited selection of food from the breakfast buffet: bap with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese; yogurt; piece of fruit; some nuts; and a bottle of still water - it was not good. One morning we returned from our early excursion earlier than scheduled and the breakfast buffet was still open. We went to have breakfast but were told we couldn’t because we had had the breakfast in a box. We were really surprised. I went to reception to speak about it but was told quite firmly that if we wanted breakfast from the buffet then we would have to pay for it. I said I was not happy about that and the receptionist replied “ok” and went back to her looking at her computer. It’s a small thing possibly but we felt it said a lot about the hotel’s attitude towards its guests. Because of this we didn’t eat or drink in the hotel again even though we had planned to have two more lunches and one dinner there. We checked out with same receptionist who I suppose understandably did not ask us how our stay was. If we were ever to return to San Pedro de Atacama we would stay somewhere else.

What a lovely hotel. Full of local atmosphere, pretty, very confortable. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the members of the staff team incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile. Thank you

Excellent service. Special thanks to Luis, Endrina, and Rosa who make all the difference at our stay. Also the rooms very Nice. Only one suggestion: warm up the pool jacuzzi for nights.

The treatment was exceptional; like home away from home! All staff was friendly and accommodating to all our needs; especially Endri at the restaurant and pool. My wife and I were celebrating a 2nd honeymoon; which will have to do more often! Thanks to all!

Me gustó la estética del hotel muy bonita, me gustó la disponibilidad de agua en la habitación y la maquina de agua y café en el lobby del hotel

Que la piscina fuera tan helada, debería estar climatizada y que no hubiera suficientes enchufes cerca de la cama

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está muy cerca del pueblo y permite ir caminando. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. El restaurante funcionó muy bien incluso para los niños.

No tienen estacionamiento, los autos quedan en la calle y no hay espacio para la cantidad de huéspedes, sin duda eso es un problema. El desayuno no destacaba y el servicio del desayuno no era nada bueno.

O hotel é ótimo! Apesar de não ficar exatamente no centro, com uma caminhada tranquila de 6/8min é possível chegar na rua principal (Caracoles) , e como no Atacama é tudo muito tranquilo e a maioria das pessoas andam a pé, é fácil de se locomover e chegar aos principais pontos da cidade de forma muito rápida e segura! As instalações do hotel são ótimas, quarto espaçoso, aconchegante e tem frigobar (o que é um ponto muito positivo e diferencial em relação ao outro hotel que me hospedei). Os funcionários também são super solícitos e o café da manhã é bom, tendo a possibilidade de pedi-lo para levar, quando os passeios saírem muito cedo! O único ponto negativo é que o chuveiro do quarto tem uma oscilação pequena de temperatura. Parece ser algo comum nas hospedagens do atacama, mas no outro hotel que fiquei isso não ocorreu. De toda forma, vale a estadia!

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e com funcionários muito atenciosos. Está a duas quadras da Calle Caracoles, muito bem localizado. Tivemos problema no primeiro quarto que ficamos pois estava virado para o gerador do hotel Awasi, que fica em frente, fazendo um barulho chato durante a madrugada toda, mas a equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e mudou nosso quarto.

Ficamos oito noites e o café da manhã foi sempre igual. Poderia variar. A piscina era muito fria. Difícil de entrar mesmo com o calor do deserto. O que mais nos incomodou foi o barulho dos geradores deles próprios e do hotel Awasi que fica me frente.

Perto da caracoles, rua principal

Pessima estrutura, sem ar condicionado nos quartos sem notificação clara previamente. Não tem restaurante no hotel. Café da manhã pessimo. Bar da piscina só funciona no final de semana, e ainda assim muiiito ruim e fraco de atendimento.
