Beautiful location, comfortable room, great breakfast.

My room was simply splendid. I have never spent a night in a bigger hotel bed room. The en-suite bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms I have slept in. The facilities in the bedroom were exceptional. The breakfast was superb, with a huge range of options. I chose the Eggs Benedict, which was marvellous. I would recommend this hotel to everyone wishing to stay in he Aldershot and Sandhurst area.

The staff where absolutely amazing. We had the most diligent service staff who looked after our room, it was cleaned everyday and they were so considerate! The front receptionist was an absolute delight, he was incredibly helpful and kind. The facilities where well kept and we felt completely relaxed! One of the best weekend get-away's we've ever had. What a relief! The connected restaurants food and service where also a delight. The room was incredibly spacious.

It would have been useful to have more information about arranging dinner at the local restaurant through the hotel ahead of time. We were informed by the restaurant that we were entitled to a discount which was great to find out! But would have helped planning ahead of time. The hot tub buttons didn't always work/ respond/ allow us to use all the functions. This could maybe do with some testing.

The main hotel misses out on having a central comfy bar and seating area for guests to relax in, the entrance area interior is quite odd and unwelcoming. Lots of closed doors and remnants of meetings/events on a corridor leading from reception. At the end of the corridor is a door to the outdoor with a few steps and across an outdoor event area to a bar which is open til 10ish, early for a hotel and drinks are expensive.
