"très au dessus de sa notation en étoiles"

Hotel de très bon niveau. Ses 3 étoiles sont amplemement méritées. L'accueil et le personnel sont agréables et impliqués. Y compris celles et ceux qui effectuent les tâches de l'ombre. La décoration est raccord avec la montagne, mais très contemporaine. On y est bien.

Pas demi-pension pendant notre séjour. Problème ponctuel avons-nous compris.

"Great location, but the styling could have been better."

Nice room overlooking the mountains, with comfy bed. Lovey to have a table and chairs on the balcony. Great hot tup overlooking the village and nice pool/sauna. Friendly staff and good communication.

Having paid top dollar for the room we were surprised that bathrobes for the spa were chargeable and no towels were provided for the swimming pool. The bedroom towels were very small too. No art at all in the bedroom although lots of nice posters on sale in the village! It would have made a difference to the surroundings if some of them were in the room....

La localisation, l’écoute du personnel et le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. L’espace détente avec une superbe vue très appréciable après une journée de ski

L’accès ski au pied ; comprendre accès aux télécabines à 250m. La location payante des peignoirs.
