"Nice staff, hotel infrastructure could be improved"

The people working at the hotel were kind and very nice. The parking and breakfast was great, especially the coffee.

The beds were not good...very flimsy. They felt like they were temporary beds. The shower faucet sprayed in every direction except at your body. Shampoo and soap were provided but no other amenities like lotion were available.

Très bon accueil et d'une compréhension exceptionnelle !!! Nous avons eu un souci concernant une pénurie d'essence dans la région. Nous sommes arrivés tard et le réservoir quasiment vide... Nous avions une chambre confortable avec un grand lit et une belle vue sur les montagnes. Au matin, les personnels de la réception ont constaté notre détresse, car nous ne parlons pas l'italien. Immédiatement, ils se sont pliés en 4, et ont contacté plusieurs stations-service. Ils sont parvenus à en trouver une après plusieurs tentatives, et ils ont réussi à nous dépanner afin que nous puissions repartir sereinement. Un grand Ouf de soulagement... Et surtout un grand Merci à toute l'équipe 🎉 !!! Raphaël et Sophie WAGNER
