La limpieza que tenía la habitación

No me gustó que hubo ropa en el pasillo en el suelo al lado de la habitación de alguien durante toda nuestra estancia. Por otro lados pedí que revisaran el mando de la televisión y no lo hicieron y por último, el botón del 0 del ascensor funcionaba muy mal por falta de reparación.

Espectacular todo , situacion ,limpieza, ubicacion y el trato del personal , todo una pasada , no entiendo las malas puntuaciones, bueno si lo entiendo gente que quiere hoteles de 5€ que sean de 5 estrellas .

The staff were lovely & friendly. The location was perfect easily accessible from the coach station by local bus. Easy walking distance to the beach. Supermarket, cafés, bars, restaurants, galleries & park area nearby. It was a good price. Beach was easily accessible if steps are no problem, I think there was disability access further down the front. It was also accessible for dogs during the time of year I was there. I don't think they can use it full summer.

I was first hit by a strong smell from the bathroom, which came & went during my stay. I believe it's the drainage system when others are showering etc. Unfortunately I couldn't close the bathroom door. I didn't ask for assistance so I don't know if they could've resolved either issue, they may be able to. No fault of the hotel but the rear of the building has a small access lane where the bins are collected at late hours like 2am. This could be common in Spain with the heat & night life being different than other countries, just bare it in mind, maybe ask for a front facing room? Bed was not the best but I still slept well. No kettle but there was a breakfast area for the mornings that I didn't use. I can confirm you cannot borrow cups or get hot water unless you have a container for it. Staff were nice though.
