Noosa Sun - On the Noosa River

Mix up somewhere as although I was booked the host wasn’t expecting me. I tried the auto key delivery but that obviously I know now didn’t work. I sent a message through Booking.com and the host arrived. Fortunately there was a comfy bedsit for me. It wasn’t the upstairs river view room I booked though. It was on the ground floor, with a nice seating area outside. Very comfy indeed. Plenty to do in the area. If arriving by a car which is low be careful of the ramp to enter the carpark. If worried you can park on the road at the back of the property.

The unfortunate not being accepted. The ramp into the carpark damaged the front of my hire car.

Unmanned reception (but it worked)

Fantastic location with easy access to amenities and public transport. The room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. The 3-in-1 microwave and air fryer were especially handy, plus the free laundry was a great bonus. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more — it felt comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay. They also kindly allowed an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. Extremely accommodating hosts.

The only minor downside was the shower pressure — it was a bit lower than I’m used to, but that’s likely because my shower at home has a bit more kick to it.

Well maintained. Stocked with teabags, coffee, milk, biscuits etc, and more if you needed anything. The pool had magnesium in. Free laundry facilities. Jackie was very friendly and helpful. Great location by Yacht club and Noosa river. Would definitely come back again

There was nothing to dislike.

We liked everything about the property. A lot of thought has gone into the set up. Access to a washing machine and dryer is a plus as is fresh towels and ice and lots of other things. So nice to have decent tissues and extra loo paper which we didn’t need but all the same it’s about providing the basics. Tea, coffee, milk and water oh and some chocolate bites were on offer too.

Extremely clean, air conditioning was powerful enough to cool the whole place, it was spacious, and the pool was perfect.

There wasn't anything that needed improvement. It was one of the nicest places we've stayed.
