"It was ok we stayed in 2023 at Christmas it was a lot better with owners there I would of rated it 5 Stars then ,now it"

Close to Rotorua centre

Carpet needs a good clean ,we broke two glasses by accident as we’re washing them up due to no dish washing liquid which we asked for and were told there was none in stock ?we were charged 20.00 no receipt ? contractors working on roof while we were there .
