Réactivité et gentillesse du personnel J’ai contacté l’hôtel via Booking et j’ai reçu des réponses rapides, avec des propositions parfaitement adaptées à mes besoins, comme du pain sans gluten au petit-déjeuner ou un service plus tôt que l’horaire habituel. L’équipe a su se coordonner efficacement pour que tout se déroule comme convenu. Très appréciable ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe. De plus, dans la chambre, il y avait de quoi faire un thé – la cerise sur le gâteau :)
