"Amazing holiday after a shaky start with being locked out of the unit"

The location was amazing - we love the Fairshore. The only problem was we arrived on Christmas day and we could not get into our room as there was no key in the locked box. We only found this out after having to ring security to get the locked box opened. We wasted over an hour while our Christmas food got hot in the car. Luckily Sharon came into the office on her Christmas day to rescue us and let us into the apartment. We were not he only family stranded outside the hotel. there were at least 4 other groups,

A better process for accessing our apartment is required for Christmas Day.

Rollaway bed was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch. And they didn’t give me a pillow either
