Staff very helpful and friendly

Pillows are half size and feels like filled with cut pieces of foam. Really uncomfortable. Also motorcycles reving their engines, squealing their tires and speeding down the street. Same with cars

Friendly staff. Convenient location for me. Excellent food. Historic building so more stately than polished modern. Comfortable rooms but smaller bathroom. To be expected in an older building.

Historic building over a century old. It’s like stepping back in time. Staff is very professional and attentive.

First and foremost, there is a dress code here! I did not see that in any of the Expedia information or the hotel's webpage. I wish I would've known ahead of time. Thankfully, the dress code eases up on game days, so we were ok. The property was clean and classic. Room was small but served its purpose nicely. The shower was tiny! There was a lot of road noise outside our room (not anything the hotel has control over, but I'm pretty sure there was drag racing going on outside our room!) so I was really glad I had brought a fan for white noise. Quick, comfortable walk to Busch Stadium. The staff was incredibly friendly! We would stay here again.

Beautiful historic club! Breakfast was wonderful and all the staff were friendly helpful.

Service was great! The common areas are beautiful. It is an older hotel, but the rooms were well furnished and charming. I deducted one star because the air conditioning was not very cool, but other than that it was all good.
