Guangzhou Yuwa Hotel

It is my first stay at this hotel and the staff are very friendly, The room is very clean and we also got some night time snacks as well. I will stay there again.

Kitchen and dining table are good if you need to cook.

First ten minutes in the room was good before the strong smoke smelling started to come through the door! The building was right next to the main road and was noisy at nighttime. Also there were very loud music in the morning from the school of the opposite

I stayed in their apartment room for a few days, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant Akatsuki, and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, cozy stay during their trip.

I liked the variation of foods in the breakfast buffet along with the fact that there were people that were helping you open the heavy doors to get in and out of the hotel easily. I would definitely come here another time or recommend it.😁

トイレが一度詰まってしまい、トイレットペーパーを流さないように言われたのが不便だった

普段中国在住で広州に用事があったので2泊しました。日本人向けのサービスホテルなので日本式設備・サービスが多くとても快適でした。宿泊者は無料の大浴場、部屋も浴槽付き、ウォシュレットトイレ、日本の番組の見られるテレビ、和食おかずのある朝食ビュッフェ、フローリングの床など日本人には嬉しいものが揃っていました。日本式の部分だけでなく、24時間利用可能なジム、ジムや浴場には自由に使えるタオルやペットボトルの水が置いてあったり、チェックアウトが最初から14時に設定されていたりと、いろんな面が行き届いている印象です。地下鉄駅からは少し遠いですが、長距離列車の駅でもある広州東駅からも自転車10分程度の場所で、交通面も比較的便利だと思います。

門口接待人員，櫃台服務人員或清潔人員，非常親切有禮貌。 唯一需改進是空調太大聲了，尤其是轉換至自動，其聲音是會影響睡眠
