AUAUAUAUAUAUCheck in was seamless with super friendly accommodating staff. Most of the time we had a friendly greeting when heading in and out. The room was clean and daily housekeeping service kept it that way. The coffee pods were a nice touch to start the day with disposable cups making it a mobile option! Despite warnings that carparking is subject to availability and not always available we managed to find a space each time we left and returned.
The room was an odd shape with a small (relative to the room) window that has a view between two walls out to the street which kept the room quite dark. The curtain on this window was hanging off at one end. The shower leaks into the bathroom if the door is not perfectly shut. The pool is mostly undercover and very small, not very appealing. One lift was broken for our entire stay which made for some long wait times.

The only reason I took one point off is that room was a little dated.
