Excelente atención y muy buena calidad de servicios. Para disfrutar el lugar y la calidez de la Dra. Estela y sus ayudantes. Mi esposa Lili y yo quedamos encantados con ello. Desde Mendoza, Argentina, los saludamos y les decimos que pronto estaremos por alli nuevamente.

A pousada é super aconchegante e o pessoal extremamente acolhedor. A região é a mais bonita para se hospedar em Punta.

Pra quem está de carro, não faz questão do agito da península e quer ficar bem localizado entre o centro e as melhores praias de punta, a localização é perfeita. O Red Wind fica num bairro bem bacana, bem arborizado e com belas casas no entorno. O hotel é pequeno, tem uma bela piscina e um jardim bem cuidado (exatamente como nas fotos), até dá pra fazer um assado na churrasqueira do jardim...As suítes são bem aconchegantes, bonitas e bem limpas, assim como todas as instalações. O café da manhã é ótimo com pães, bolos e medias lunas feitas ali mesmo, tem um cafezinho com bolo a qualquer hora e vc é sempre bem atendido tanto pelos proprietários como pelos funcionários. Ah, eles fornecem guarda sol e cadeiras de praia. Gran hotel, te recomiendo!

Having rented various different hotel rooms in the area of Punta del Este in past years, I can only conclude that Redwind B&B is the best bet in terms of its value/price ratio in the high season (first half of January). The apartment in which I stayed was big (some 40 sqm), clean and neat, equipped with a refrigerator (it seems to me that each room has one), crockery and cutlery. WiFi Internet access was available. To relax you can sit on their huge terrace (where breakfast is served) overlooking the garden and pool area, or you can lay down poolside on a sun bed. The hotel is located in (what seems to be) a well-to-do, safe and tranquil residential neighbourhood. The closest beach (Playa Brava), like the Shopping Centre at Roosevelt Ave. and a number of posh restaurants, are a five-minute car drive away. To reach Downtown Punta it will take you fifteen minutes, and you will need half an hour to join the crowds at the trendy beaches of La Barra or Montoya. The location of the hotel is thus very convenient. The fact that you need a car to get around should come as no surprise, given that the Punta del Este area stretches from Punta Ballena some 10 km west of the Punta peninsula to José Ignacio some 30 to 40 km east of the peninsula. The very best thing to say about the hotel though is the fact that the landlady and her staff are very friendly and helpful and create sort of a family atmosphere. This is a place where you can really feel home!

A fantastic retreat!!! High class...We spent 4 days in January and although we know Punta very well for decades, this true "Boutique Hotel" was an outstanding true discovery in all aspects a tourist may desire and need. I personally traveled all over Europe and around the world, lived in Paris for years and now live in the US and the service we found as well as the friendliness of the owner has really no match. She is highly attentive, flexible with a generous natural refinement... All delicious home made food and pastry "southern France style" Modern and extremely clean rooms, flat TV with dozens of channels, great pool in a quite setting and physically equidistant from all other key places in Punta. Six stars in my view. We will come back next year for sure. Plus the prices compare to similar services are the most reasonable i found after days of searching with instant availability through hotels.com Thanks Guillermo Abaracon

o hotel e uma graca parece uma casinha de boneca, e mais uma pousada para familia , se ficar la deve ter um carro pois e longe de tudo , bem campo mesmo! o cafe da manha e muito bom tudo feito pela dona do hotel mesmo . nao e um hotel para jovens , tem poucos quartos e o clima é bem familia .

Calida atención. Es un hotel pequeño pero muy confortable. Atención personalizada , los adicionales como el desayuno y café durante todo el día son artesanales y exquisitos. Recomiendo este hotel

ist sehr weit von eigentlichen Geschehen weg. Busse kann man (fast) keine in der Nähe finden. Man braucht also jeweils ein Taxi, um irgendwohîn zu kommen. Diese sind verhältnismässig eher teuer. Das Hotel ist süss, gepflegt und hat einen schönen Pool im Garten. Leider bietet die direkte Umgebung nichts. Es hat kein Supermarkt, kein Restaurant. Alles ist ca. 25.- 45 min Fussweg weg.

Excellent location, great people running this cosy inn. Breakfast was great as well as everything else. They arranged a car for us to rent and it was a great experience, if we go again we will stay there again.
