Nice place. Very quiet

Our stay was adequate for the price. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable however we had 3 very flat pillows and were there for a surgery. I requested extra pillows the first evening and they were never brought. There is nowhere to purchase sodas or beverages of any kind until evening at the restaurant and not much within walking distance. They have a really nice bar area and we were there over a weekend, so would’ve thought it would be open for drinks in the evening, however they had music playing and a tv on but never saw any humans at all. It did feel very safe and quiet.

Pleasant place for the price

While I realize I’m in a foreign Country, it’d be amazing to have someone speak even minimal English as it’s the language of travel, otherwise a great place with easy access to the mall nearby 😁

The place looks run down. The water was ihtermittent. The air conditioner didn't worked. The staff was helpful but couldn't really do much.

The staff was eager to help and were nice but I have been to a lot of hotels and I think that they could do better. Not complaining.

Staff were friendly and amazingly helpful with our tons of luggage 😁

Beautiful view of the mountain beautiful space to be at, a lot of open space in the Hotel to walk in the hallway and great sitting areas
